Neil trained as an industrial chemist and obtained a degree in chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University.
Neil has worked in the food industry since 1981 in numerous technical and manufacturing roles for a variety of manufacturer’s in diverse industries as infant food, savoury pies, bakery and meat processors.
Neil has undertaken group technical management roles for blue chip UK manufacturers.

Dr David Adams
David joined the business in July 2013 after gaining BSc Honours degree in Combined Science and a PHd in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science.
Since joining the business David has had his own client base who he is taking through BRC accreditation.
