Neil Adams

Managing Director

Neil trained as an industrial chemist and obtained a degree in chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University.

Neil has worked in the food industry since 1981 in numerous technical and manufacturing roles for a variety of manufacturer’s in diverse industries as infant food, savoury pies, bakery and meat processors.

Neil has undertaken group technical management roles for blue chip UK manufacturers.

In the last 15 years Neil has specialised in installation of BRC/IFS accreditation systems in all types of companies in a whole range of product groups these include:

  • Red meat slaughter and cutting
  • White meat slaughter and cutting
  • Fish primary and secondary processing
  • Fruit and Vegetable - raw and processed
  • Processed foods
  • Dairy products
  • Ready to eat foods
  • Sandwiches
  • Bakery

Neil is also HACCP level 3 trained internal Auditor.

Dr David Adams

Consultant

 

David joined the business in July 2013 after gaining BSc Honours degree in Combined Science and a PHd in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science.

 

Since joining the business David has had his own client base who he is taking through BRC accreditation.

 

David specialises in:

  • Red meat processing
  • White meat slaughter and processing.

 

David is also HACCP level 3 trained internal Auditor.
