Neil trained as an industrial chemist and obtained a degree in chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University.
Neil has worked in the food industry since 1981 in numerous technical and manufacturing roles for a variety of manufacturers in diverse industries as infant food, savoury pies, bakery and meat processors.
Neil has undertaken group technical management roles for blue-chip UK manufacturers.
In the last 20 years, Neil has specialised in the installation of BRC/IFS accreditation systems for food, Agents and Brokers, Storage and Distributions and packaging with a whole range of product groups.
Neil is also HACCP level 3 trained internal Auditor.
David joined the business in July 2013 after gaining BSc Honours degree in Combined Science and a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science.
Since joining the business David has had his own extensive client base who he is taking BRC accreditation.
